Our policy lasts 30 days*. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt and proof of purchase. We are not liable for shipping costs of your returns, nor will the shipping cost be eligible for refunding.
If returning high value art, we recommend using tracking information and possibly insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item. The insurance will be refundable if we receive proof of this.
Approved refunds will then be processed and automatically applied to the card used in the original payment method, within a certain amount of days.
